Mr. Bikram Bista is the Executive chairman of the Isuwa Energy Pvt. Ltd. The company is developing Isuwa Khola Cascade Prior HPP 37.7MW. He holds a master's degree in political science. He has 16 years long hydropower development carrier. He started a hydropower business from Baramchi hydropower (1mw) in 2006 and afterward he is continuously contributing to Energy, tourism, and banking sectors. He holds the chairman post in Bista energy house Pvt. Ltd, vision tesla power Pvt. ltd and Bista Trading House. He is also elected Secretary of IPPAN. He was a promoter of Kumari bank and BOD of ICFC Finance ltd (2000-2011 A.D). He has also invested in Suriya Life Insurance Co. Ltd, wonders Nepal Pvt. Ltd in skywalk tower as well as Everest cable car-Solukhumbu.
Mr. Neupane is the director of the company. He holds Chairman of KBRN Isuwa Energy Ltd. The KBRN Isuwa Energy Ltd is developing Isuwa Khola Prior HPP 97.2MW. He holds chairmanship for Himal Dolakha Hydropower Ltd, Moonlight Hydropower Pvt Ltd, and Joshi Hydropower ltd. Hotel Big- Biratnagar and so on. He has 15 years long carrier in the hydropower sector.
