A. Preliminary/Preparatory Works

1. Application for purchasing Explosives forwarded from Department of Electricity Development to Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Nepal Army and Indian Embassy.

B. Civil Works

1. Slope Protection work at powerhouse area is completed upto EL 687.00 m 

2. Excavation of Powerhouse foundation is completed upto EL 685.00 m 

3. Base Preparation of Headpond foundation.

C. Hydro Mechanical Works

1. Discussion and Negotiation with potential bidder for Hydromechanical Works. 

2. Design of Gates, trashrack, bellmouth, pipe bends, bifurcation and optimization of penstock pipe is ongoing.

D. Electromechanical Works

1. Discussion and Negotiation with potential bidder for Electromechanical Works

E. Transmission Line Works

1. Application submission to Nepal Electricity Authority for voltage level change from 220 kV to 132 kV for Transmission Line.

2. Discussion and Negotiation with potential bidder for Transmission Line Works.
